In October 2008, Janet took her seat in her first executive coaching training programme and never looked back. With training accredited by the International Coaching Federation, Janet is now a Senior Consultant and Coach for the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL).
Janet’s purpose is to develop leaders to embrace their full potential, make wise choices, and strengthen confidence to make a net positive impact in their role, team, society and in their own lives. She recognises that coaching has the power to support ambitious people at any level to focus on personal development to reach broader horizons. Results might include refining leadership style and skills, embedding insights from Academy training, or developing career and personal goals.
Janet has worked closely with leaders as a Consultant with RogenSi, a global consulting firm specialising in developing exceptional performance in leadership. At IECL, Janet designs and facilitates leadership development programmes for high potential talent, emerging leaders, middle and senior leaders for ASX50 companies. Some clients over the last 8 years of her career have included NAB, Telstra, ANZ, CBus, Nissan, BHP, and CSIRO.
In a coaching session with Janet, your growth as a leader is the focus. Janet uses a strengths-based approach, drawing on adult learning principles, mindset and behaviour change. Clients describe her style as energising, authentic, positive, confidence-building, thorough, and activating.
Along with a Bachelor in Psychology (Honours), and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Janet has completed a Graduate Certificate in Corporate Responsibility, a unique differentiator for the participants in the Marketing Academy program.
